We are pleased to present our 2024 seminar program. The program contains some new features. The content of our crisis management is very much based on the new DIN ISO 22361:2022. We now offer events not only at the Obermühle, but also in Leipzig and Mainz.
In our seminar “Testing continuity and crisis management”, we take the applicable standards, i.e. ISO 22301 and ISO 22361, as a basis. This defines the benchmark “against” which the audit is carried out. The recent DIIR congress in Frankfurt shows that internal auditing has now also taken up this topic. We have developed a test catalog based on ISO 22361 and implemented it in practice in projects. We would be happy to discuss this with you. We offer the seminar on Apri 9. and 10. 2024 as well as October 15. and 16. 2024 in Haßloch and on October 22. and 23. 2024 in Leipzig.
Another new feature of the program is a new fourth module for crisis management. In the seminar “Preparing, conducting & evaluating a crisis management exercise in accordance with ISO 22361”, you will learn how to conduct exercises in accordance with the requirements of DIN ISO 22361:2022 in chap. 9 design and implement. The seminar takes place April 17. and 18. 2024 as well as November 13. and 14. 2024 in our seminar center in Haßloch.

We are also pleased to make a special advance announcement. At the Risk Management & Rating Association (RMA), the Crisis Management Working Group has developed a “Crisis Management Guideline in accordance with ISO 22361”. This guide is intended to provide support for all organizations in setting up crisis management. It will be published in the RMA series by Erich Schmidt Verlag. The finished manuscript is currently being finalized by the publisher. It is expected to be published shortly – possibly before the end of the year. The highly practical guide will provide a complete commentary on the new ISO 22361 and advice on implementation in all organizations. We will keep you informed.
