Invitation to method training

The many crises of recent months have revealed the need for a methodically sound approach. Such a crisis management methodology is a key element of the new DIN ISO 22361 standard.
The aim of our seminar is to master the crisis management process according to the new DIN ISO 22361 and to gain a holistic impression of the concrete work in the crisis team.
Topics such as the basics of the new DIN ISO 22361 standard, in particular the sections “Response” in Chapter 5.3.5 and “Decision-making” in Chapter 7.1, are developed interactively using group work and a subsequent crisis team exercise. In addition, ideas for digitalization and the review of the existing crisis management system are discussed on the basis of a detailed list of questions.
Our speaker Dr. Klaus Bockslaff was involved in the development of ISO 22361 as a representative of Switzerland. As an experienced crisis manager, he knows the “pitfalls” of previous procedures and can report from ISO committee work.
